The original paintings and all prints are carefully rolled and packed in tube to ensure their delivery. Whenever artwork is transported, we strongly advise the owner to unwrap and check on the condition of their artwork as quickly as possible.

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide and most of orders will be sent within 1-2 weeks with tracking numbers but may be extended depending on your location and peak seasons. Further legal claims and rights of the customer due to a delay in delivery shall remain unaffected.

International orders may also be subject to additional duties and taxes. Please be aware that these fees are not included in the prices listed on our website, nor are we responsible for covering them.  We are not liable for any products lost, during delivery. 

Accidental deterioration of the purchased item is transferred to the customer at the time at which the latter is in default of acceptance or payment.

Art Prints are made to order for ensure high quality work and can take up to 3 weeks of printing and packing time before shipping. 

 

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can cancel your order within 7 days from the date on which you received the product and you are entitled to a full refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over 150euros, consider purchasing insurance for your artwork to protect it . We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@fineartjin.com

DAMAGES

If you receive a damaged order, please contact us with photos and save all packaging materials before filing a claim. If this isn't the case, we are not liable for any products damaged during delivery.  

For exchange a damaged product, please contact us. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Conclusion of the Contract for art rental

By clicking on the button "buy and payer" the customer makes a binding offer for the purchase of the goods in the shopping cart, and agrees to the validity of these terms and conditions.

An order confirmation sent by FINEARTJIN confirms the content and access to the customer's order for FINEARTJIN.

FINEARTJIN will accept this customer's offer by sending a shipping confirmation or by shipping the artwork within 7 business days from receipt of the customer's order. If there is no confirmation sent before this deadline, FINEARTJIN has not accepted the offer. In this case the pre-paid purchase price will be refunded to the customer.
