Original artworks or all products created by an artiste HYANGJIN CHA for sale.The images of the artworks shown on the website, the online store and on social media are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours will accurately reflect the colour of the artwork. Therefore, the artwork may differ vary slightly from those images.
FINEARTJIN is not responsible for the colour accuracy of any original work of art or Fine Art Prints displayed on the website, the online store and social media, and disclaims all liability in this regard.

HOWEVER, other products (Artprint, Goods, etc except original artworks )Packaging, delivery and shipping costs are not included in our prices, but are added when checking out goods.

3.3 FINEARTJIN will post the most precise and up to date information as possible on the products and pricing. Errors may sometimes occur, FINEARTJIN will not be responsible for any errors in product information or price.

3.4 FINEARTJIN reserves the right to correct any information or price at any time, without prior notice.

3.5 All orders (accepted or not) that have incorrect information or a pricing error can be cancelled by FINEARTJIN.

4. METHODS OF PAYMENT

4.1 The total amount of the invoice, including taxes and shipping costs are payable by Paypal or credit card.

6.3 FINEARTJIN will ship all orders for products in stock within 14 business days.
6.4 You will receive an email with a shipping confirmation once we've shipped your order.
6.5 We may experience longer lead times for products that are on order or are out of stock.
6.6 FINEARTJIN ships through a third party carrier, therefore, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur caused by the delivery of a package.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

7.1 If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund.
7.2 Shipping fees for all returns are at the client's expense with the exception of returns of defective products.
7.3 All exchanges or refunds must be approved by FINEARTJIN.

In order to return a product:

-The product must not have been used or worn.
- It must be in its original packaging and tags (if it's not being returned due to a defect)
